Campaign Director of the Cluster Munition Coalition (CMC)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director for the Cluster Munition Coalition (CMC) to lead the civil society campaign on the ratification and accession to the Convention on Cluster Munitions and its strong implementation.He or she will be in charge of developing and implementing the CMC strategy and oversee the day to day successful execution of the global campaign work including meeting annual goals, human resources, financial and partner management. The CMC Director will serve as a member of the Senior Management Team of the ICBL-CMC, the umbrella organisation hosting both the campaign against landmines (ICBL) and the campaign against cluster munitions (CMC).He/she will be responsible for ensuring the representational and performance needs of the organization as a whole are met in the most effective and efficient means possible. The CMC Director will manage three staff functions and work in close collaboration with members of the Governance Board of the ICBL-CMC, as well as campaign members.
